Campbell River estuary is situated on Discovery Passage on the east coast of Vancouver Island. To determine the abundance and distribution of migratory and resident birds on the Campbell River estuary, weekly surveys were conducted for most of the period from 31 October 1982 to 18 March 1984.--Abstract
