Aerial surveys of the Queen Maud Gulf and Coronation Gulf coasts in the Central Arctic were done form August 18-24, 1994 to determine relative numbers of animals in the regions, and to identify areas important to wildlife that could be negatively affected by mineral exploration and oilspills.--Abstract
