This paper presents an econometrics-based analysis to measure Canada Small Business Financing Program (CSBFP) loan incrementality. The paper begins with a literature review in section 2. In section 3, an empirical framework for regression analysis is presented. Section 4 showcases the results of the regression analysis and section 5 summarizes the study’s main conclusions.
