Le projet d’exportation de charbon cokéfiable Donkin (le projet) prévoit la construction et l’exploitation d’une mine de charbon souterraine sur le site de l’actuelle mine Donkin située sur la péninsule de Donkin, dans la Municipalité régionale du Cap-Breton (MRCB), en Nouvelle-Écosse. Ce rapport présente l’analyse menée par l’Agence canadienne d’évaluation environnementale (l’Agence) afin de déterminer si le projet est susceptible d’entraîner des effets négatifs importants sur l’environnement.
