This report contains the findings of the Fraser River Sockeye Public Review Board. The Board was formed in the Fall of 1994 by the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans and mandated to investigate various aspects of the apparent disappearance in that year of more than a million sockeye salmon expected to return to spawning areas throughout the Fraser River watershed.--Executive summary
