This report summarizes presentations and discussions held in March and June of 2001 in Canada and Cyprus on how Canadian foreign policy might contribute to a resolution of the decades-long deadlock between Turks and Greeks in Cyprus. The presentations examine such topics as government structures, common functional arrangements, the impact of embargoes, and cultures and identities.
