It provides an overview of the key issues related to by-law development and outlines the steps required to make your communities smoke-free. It also offers practical tools and resources to help you along the way. In addition you’ll find five detailed stories of communities that have implemented by-laws and a sixth study, from Quebec, of a community that is in the process of doing so.
