This manual, produced by the Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response of the Public Health Agency of Canada, is a practical guide to training staff as well as planning, organizing and delivering the Emergency Clothing Service in a disaster. The objective of the Emergency Clothing Service is to provide clothing to persons in need in a disaster in order to prevent loss of life from exposure and meet clothing needs until normal sources of supply are available.
