Primary health care (PHC) indicators chartbook : an illustrative example of using PHC data for indicator reporting: H118-53/2008E
Offers an illustrative example of how PHC information available at the international, national, intra-provincial and regional/local levels can be used to populate a subset of 23 PHC indicators on access, recommended care and organization/service delivery. It also serves as a starting point to enhance data sources to enable more robust reporting for understanding performance and monitoring improvement over time.
