Public service employee survey 2002 : what you told us ... public service-wide results: BT49-4/19-2002

This report summarizes the responses of federal public servants on a wide range of issues related to human resources. Issues discussed include workload; recruitment and retention; perceptions of senior management; harassment and discrimination; the nature of their work; and service to clients. Where possible, results from similar questions on the 1999 survey are reproduced for comparison. Other sections contain statistical data and tips for public service managers on ways to respond to the survey results.
