This booklet describes Health Canada’s framework for action on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. Intended for use by front-line workers and program and policy developers working in such areas as Aboriginal issues, child and family welfare, community development, homelessness, health education or poverty, the framework sets out the goals and principles that should guide action by community organizations, provincial and territorial governments and all federal government departments to prevent and address this disorder.
