Use of the official language minority press by federal institutions, follow-up: SF31-65/2004
This report follows up on recommendations made to the federal government in 2002 concerning the use of official language minority press by federal institutions. These recommendations were driven by a significant number of complaints about federal institutions not placing messages in minority language newspapers as they do in mainstream newspapers.
