This kit contains several documents that serve as an introduction to the comprehensive Northern Strategy to be developed by the federal and territorial governments in cooperation with Aboriginal governments, Aboriginal organizations, and Northern residents. Included in the kit are a news release about the launch of a framework for developing the strategy; a backgrounder on the framework that sets out its vision, goals, and objectives; and a backgrounder on what the governments have done so far.
