People and excellence : the heart of successful commercialization: Iu4-78/2006

This final report of the Expert Panel on Commercialization, appointed in 2005, bases its recommendations on the creation of a commercialization partnership board. It maps out what Canada needs for success: talent, research, and capital. The first volume is a description of a proposed strategy that concludes with a call to action. The second volume contains the appendices, which include additional issues for longer-term consideration, commercialization strategies being used in other countries, executive round tables, and stakeholder submissions.
