The objectives were to provide assurance to senior management control framework in place is adequate, to ensure that the light fleet vehicles, vessels and ARI cards are managed efficiently and effectively with due diligence for value-for-money, and to confirm that use and management of these assets are in compliance with policies and regulations in effect.
