Survey of staffing - candidates : summary of findings, January 2009: SC3-153/1-2010

Provides feedback on how the public service staffing system is working overall. It will also help to ensure that the staffing system is based on merit and non-partisanship and reflects the values of fairness, transparency, access and representativeness, as outlined in the Public Service Employment Act.
