The Office of the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner of Canada (PSIC) is an independent organization created in 2007 under the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (PSDPA) to establish a safe and confidential way for public servants or members of the public to disclose wrongdoing in, or relating to, federal organizations. When a disclosure of alleged wrongdoing concerns PSIC, the PSDPA gives the Auditor General the mandate to investigate. This report presents the findings of one such investigation as it relates to the disclosure of wrongdoing brought forward to the Auditor General.
