Action plan 2004-2008, Industry Canada, implementation of section 41 of the Official Languages Act: Iu70-4/14-2004E-PDF
This action plan is intended to produce three results: ensure that senior officers and managers of priority programs have an enhanced understanding of the requirements of Section 41; enhance working relationships between official-language minority communities and the department; and enhance these communities’ understanding of the department’s programs and services.
