Progress - transformation of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police: PS64-76/2010E-PDF

This report is structured using the six elements of the RCMP’s Vision for Change for the RCMP to be an adaptive, accountable, trusted organization of fully engaged employees demonstrating outstanding leadership, and providing world-class police services. It focuses on change initiatives that are well underway. Many of the initiatives featured in this report contribute to more than one of the six elements, illustrating how such values as leadership, trust and accountability must be embedded in all that the Force does.
