To determine whether the Yukon Hospital Corporation, in collaboration with the Department of Health and Social Services, adequately planned for building the Watson Lake and Dawson City hospitals to meet community health care needs. Also examined whether the Hospital Corporation adequately planned the building of its new staff residence. Finally, examined whether the Hospital Corporation adequately managed the three capital projects.
