Responding to the challenge - the Climate Change Action Fund (CCAF), 1998-2001 reportM22-139/2001E-PDF

The Climate Change Action Fund (CCAF) established in 1998, was allocated $150 million to help develop an implementation strategy and support action on climate change. This report looks at the first phase of the CCAF's achievements. The results are discussed in relation to (1) Foundation Building, (2) Technology Early Action Measures, (3) Science, Impacts and Adaptation, and (4) Public Education and Outreach.
