Procurement practice review : review of the procurement management framework of Natural Resources Canada : P114-7/2015E-PDF
The objective of the review was to determine whether NRCan’s procurement management framework ensures the Department’s procurement practices are consistent with applicable procurement laws, regulations and policies and allows NRCan to respect the principles of fairness, openness, and transparency. The scope of the review was NRCan’s framework for managing procurement in place from April 2013 to June 2014.
