"This report presents the results of an evaluation of the Paperwork Burden Reduction Initiative (PBRI). The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the program’s relevance and performance. The PBRI’s goal is to relieve small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of the excessive paperwork burden of regulatory compliance, and to foster an environment where they can thrive. It has two main components, namely, the Survey of Regulatory Compliance Costs (SRCC) and the Advisory Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ACSBE)"--p. 1-2.
