Notable changes to data preparation for the assessment include a new methodology for estimation of the annual length-weight relationship and improved handling of the Industry-DFO Halibut Survey data. Also, the catch-at-length for the longline fishery is presented separately for 3NOPs and 4VWX5Z, to better describe differences in the catch composition which may result from spatial variation in the fishery and/or distribution of the stock. |
