"The Values and Ethics Code for the Public Sector was introduced by Treasury Board in April 2012 as an overarching guide for employees, to help them identify what is considered professional conduct for a public servant. The Code applies to the entire public sector, including departments, crown corporations and separate agencies"--Deputy minister's message.
