Future naval training system strategy.: D2-361/2016E-PDF

"This Future Naval Training System (FNTS) Strategy document describes a coordinated approach to the development and support of a future technologically-enabled, integrated Naval Training System (NTS). This strategy is the keystone document by which future training capability development plans should be informed. It is subordinate to, and aligned with, the CRCN Executive Plan and CAF individual training and education (IT&E) modernization. As such, it is broadly focused on the full spectrum of naval training as an integral part of the RCN's Force Generation (FG) system and how this system will integrate within the greater CAF training system"--Executive summary, page iii.
