Characterization of volcanic and intrusive rocks across the British Columbia - Yukon border, GEM 2 Cordillera / [by] A. Zagorevski ... [et al.].: M183-2/7697E-PDF

This report presents summary of 2014 reconnaissance work in the northwestern Cordillera (NW BC and SW Yukon) that was focused on establishing regional geochemical and geochronological database of plutonic and volcanic rocks where the potential for additional copper-porphyry deposit discoveries remains high. Fieldwork was conducted and representative samples collected in Iskut, Telegraph Creek and Aishihik areas. In addition, archived samples were identified from these areas. Follow-up analyses of these samples will provide the base for establishing and integrated, predictive model for the investigated copper-porphyry districts and for focussing future studies.
