The Aboriginal Peoples’ Program (APP) is currently managed by the Aboriginal Affairs Branch within the Citizenship and Heritage Sector. The APP enables Aboriginal people to address the social, cultural, economic and political issues affecting their lives. Its aim is to increase the participation, and strengthen the cultural revitalization of Aboriginal people in Canadian society.
