Current Population Profile : 8409, microdata documentation.: CS91-0001/1985E-PDF
The Current Population Profile provides information on the characteristics of persons who have moved from another province, territory or country to their current province of residence. Migrants were asked for the date of their most recent move; the reason for the move; the province, territory or country from which they moved; and their labour force status, occupation and industry in the month prior to the move. This information, along with information from the the Labour Force Survey, can be used to provide data on the family, education, age, occupation and other characteristics of migrants.
