| 520 | |aIn September 2012, the Office of the Commissioner of Official Languages published its audit report on bilingual service delivery to Parks Canada visitors. The audit was conducted at Parks Canada headquarters and included on-site visits to a number of national parks, national marine conservation areas and national historic sites. Following the audit, the Commissioner of Official Languages made nine recommendations to help the Agency improve the experience of visitors who wish to be served in the official language of their choice, as is their right under Part IV of the Official Languages Act (the Act). The audit recommendations and the findings of the audit follow up are listed in Appendix A. |
