Review of Health Canada's evaluation and performance measurement functions : final report.H14-207/2007E-PDF

The main objectives of the study were to: - Assess whether HC decision-makers are provided with the information they need on the performance and effectiveness of the department’s programs and services. - Assess the quality of evaluation and performance measurement information provided by the department to its key stakeholders, including central agencies and Parliament. - Provide recommendations to address any performance measurement and evaluation issues, including any changes required to the organizational structure for these two functions.
