Contribution Program to Improve Access to Health Services for Official Language Minority Communities : summative evaluation report.: H14-211/2008E-PDF
This summative evaluation of Health Canada’s Contribution Program to Improve Access to Health Services for Official Language Minority Communities was undertaken by Health Canada in accordance with the Federal Accountability Act and the Transfer Payment Policy. The Program reached the end of its five-year program implementation period in March 2008 and a summative evaluation was required for considerations of program renewal. The summative evaluation will provide Health Canada with the information needed to seek TB approval for program continuation beyond 2009 and to determine changes, if any, are required to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
