"In order to continue to meet its objectives and the requirements of the Government Security Policy (GSP), CSC developed, through Information Management Services (IMS), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) for its applications identified as critical. The objective of this audit is to provide reasonable assurance that the management control framework in place to support disaster recovery preparedness for information technology systems is adequate and effective. The audit also reviewed the progress made on the implementation of the DRP-related requirements of the TBS Operational Security Standard on Management of Information Technology Security (MITS) and improvements initiated as a result of a DRP tabletop exercise conducted by IMS in 2005."--Executive summary.
