SamKnows analysis of broadband performance in Canada .: BC9-25E-PDF

"This report presents the preliminary findings of the measurement study that SamKnows is conducting in Canada on behalf of the CRTC. 4,486 SamKnows Whiteboxes have been deployed in Canadian homes across a range of ISPs and products. Each Whitebox conducts end-to-end performance measurements 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to destinations representative of Canadian consumers’ Internet usage." - Executive summary, 2016, p. 6.
