"This document describes the Transportation Safety Board of Canada’s (TSB) high level plan to comply with the requirements of the Directive on Open Government by the March 31, 2020 implementation deadline. The ultimate objective is to maximize the proactive release of TSB information and data of business value in order to support transparency, accountability, citizen engagement, and socio-economic benefits. However, the release of information and data is subject to applicable restrictions associated with privacy, confidentiality, and security as defined in legislation and government policies"--p. 3.
