"This report presents the results of the evaluation of Government Consulting Services (GCS), hereinafter referred to as the program. The objective of the evaluation was to determine the program’s relevance and performance in achieving its planned outcomes in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Evaluation. The evaluation examined GCS activities from 2005/06 to 2009/10. The majority of the data was collected between January, 2010 and March 31, 2011.
