"The evaluation of the Next Generation of Clean Transportation Initiatives (CTI) was conducted to inform the renewal of clean transportation programming and to access on-going funding. The CTI consists of eight Transport Canada (TC) initiatives or programs, and one Environment Canada (EC) initiative, all designed to ultimately reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) and air pollutant emissions from the transportation sector"--p. 1.
