“CPB has been supporting the involvement of Canadian colleges and training institutes in international development for over 20 years. The latest such program, the Canadian Colleges Partnership Program (CCPP) has been in place since 1994. The first six years of the program (1994-2001) are commonly referred to as Phase I. Treasury Board approval for a second phase was obtained in March 2001 and this phase got underway in August 2001."--Introduction.
