“These Proceedings summarize the relevant discussions and key conclusions that resulted from a Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Canadian Science Advisory Secretariat (CSAS) Regional Peer Review (RPR) meeting of 11-13 February 2014 and 11 March 2015 at the Pacific Biological Station in Nanaimo, B.C. Two working papers using the ecological risk assessment framework (ERAF) methodology previously reviewed in a May 2012 RPR Meeting to estimate the risk of harm to significant ecosystem components (SECs) from human activities and associated stressors in the Endeavour Hydrothermal Vents and SGaan Kinghlas-Bowie Seamount Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), were presented for peer review."--Summary, p. iv.
