“Pursuant to subsection 17(2) of the Pest Control Products Act, the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) has initiated a special review of pest control products containing acephate based on the European Commission decision (2003) to prohibit the use in Europe due to human health and environmental concerns.
