It outlines the method of infection, diagnosis, how to dispose of the carcasses, and how to prevent the infection by means of Anthrax vaccines. Also included are Regulations relating to Anthrax, By Order in Council, dated 22nd July 1911, in virtue of "The Animal Contagious Diseases Act, R.S.C., 1906."
