“In a report tabled in Parliament today, the Honourable Mr. Justice W.G. Morrow, of the Territorial Court of the Northwest Territories, presented his findings in respect to the Inquiry he was commissioned in July, 1967, to carry out concerning the administration of justice in the Hay River Area of the Northwest Territories. The Inquiry was commissioned to investigate the Administration of Justice generally in the Hay River area, and specifically to investigate certain specific allegations which had appeared in editorials in the Hay River weekly newspaper "Tapwe" in March, April and May, 1967”--Summary, p.
