"At approximately 0111 on 08 April 2009, the fishing research vessel Velero IV and the fishing vessel Silver Challenger II collided east of the Numas Islands in Queen Charlotte Strait, British Columbia. Both vessels sustained substantial damage but were able to return to Port Hardy, British Columbia. One person received major injuries and was taken to hospital"--Summary.
