Apartment building standards: NH17-86/1951E-PDF

"Under Section 10, Sub-section 2 (a) and {b) of The National Housing Act, 1944, the Corporation has prescribed the following space and construction standards for family housing accommodation not included within the standards prescribed for detached, semi-detached, duplex and row housing"--p. 5.
