"This memorandum was revised to reflect the amendments to the Special Import Measures Act that came into effect on June 22, 2016. With respect to undertakings, these amendments provide that the President of the Canada Border Services Agency may not accept an undertaking where the President, in making a preliminary determination, determines that the margin of dumping of, or the amount of subsidy on, the goods is insignificant.
