Poland’s health and wellness sector is the seventh largest in Europe. All categories have grown over the last five years and are forecasted to grow through 2020. Natural food is very important to Polish consumers. Naturally healthy foods accounted for 48.3% of the Health and Wellness sector in 2015. Furthermore, Polish consumers favour fresh fruits and vegetables over packaged and processed products.
