"The 'Complexity Scale for Business Questionnaires' was developed to address the lack of a standard method used to calculate the complexity of any given business questionnaire, and subsequently, the lack of a standard method for comparing the complexity of questionnaires across the business questionnaire universe. This paper represents a preliminary examination of questionnaire complexity and provides a scale for comparing business questionnaires within and between subject matter divisions"--p. [i].
