Provides quality publications that address topic pertinent to the Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM) personnel and that are of general interest to a broader audience, including the wider military community, the Canadian public, military and civilian decision-makers, as well as international allies. As such, each monograph is designed as a self-contained article, case study or handbook. Moreover, they are designed to evoke discussion and further debate concerning current and past Special Operations Forces experiences.
