"The present bulletin deals with the 'Blind' and the 'Blind deaf-mutes' reported in the Seventh Census of Canada, taken as of date June 1, 1931. In this census as well as in 1921 a supplemental schedule was provided for the purpose of obtaining a record of every 'Blind' person enumerated. This schedule contained eight questions, including name of blind person, post office address, age when infirmity began, cause of infirmity, whether in institution or not, and references to the main census schedules"--p.
