"This report presents the findings of the evaluation of the programs under the Agricultural Marketing Programs Act (AMPA). The evaluation was undertaken by AAFC’s Office of Audit and Evaluation (OAE) as part of AAFC’s Five-year Departmental Evaluation Plan (2014-15 to 2019-20). The evaluation assessed the relevance and performance of AMPA related programs from 2008-09 to 2014-15."--Executive Summary, p. 1.
